Leribe, Dec. 29 – In an effort to keep youth from the streets during December holidays up until January 4, Peka Constituency under Revolution for Prosperity (RFP) is hosting Hippo soccer tournaments for females and males.
This was revealed by Media Representative for RFP Peka Constituency Mr. Letlatsa Lipholo in an interview with the Agency on Monday.
He explained that 36 teams are competing throughout the tournament, saying eight will go for semi-finals and four teams will compete in the finals.
” The teams are divided into four regions,” he stated.
Furthermore, he said the winning teams will be awarded amongst others money, football attire and balls.
Mr. Lipholo indicated that the tournament commenced on December 20 this year and will end on January 4, 2026, at Mankeng Football Ground…
