Maseru, July 31 — A recently dismissed Intelligence Officer within the National Security Service (NSS) Ithabeleng Pitso has instituted a constitutional case challenging her dismissal from work and thus asks to be reinstated.
In her affidavit, the applicant states that on February 23, 2023, she was served with a warrant of arrest of her phones which was issued by the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office Mr. Limpho Tau. She indicates that she tried to resist the seizure of the phones but was threatened with violence and forced to surrender them together with their passwords.
