MORE THAN 1000 PLANTED IN ROLL PROJECT CATCHMENT 

Quthing, Feb. 17 – – More than 1000 apple fruit trees  have been  planted at primary schools and community orchards earlier this month,  as part of Letša-La-Letsie Regeneration of Landscape and Livelihoods and (ROLL) Project catchment public activities. 

In an interview with the Agency,  the Forest- Ranger Mr Thabang Matsoso,  from Mphaki Resource Centre said the trees have been planted as part of the project activities implemented to improve livelihoods of the public and support their contribution in regeneration of Lets’a-La-Letsie catchment.

He said  more than 1000 apple trees have been shared to Lazaro and Khakeng primary schools, Ha-Lazaro and Ha-Peete community orchards, Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) camp and households from Ha-Lazaro, Ha-Peete and Ha-Mokhosi…
