Mafeteng, Sept.20 — The Deputy Minister and the Minister of Justice, Law and Parliamentary Affairs Nthomeng Majara says the launching of Support for the Reform and Strengthening of government in Lesotho is the great day in the history of this country.
She made the remarks at the Leshoboro Seeiso Stadium on Wednesday where she said the programme has come at right time when the country is engaged on reviewing of reforms.
The Deputy Minister indicated that it is well known the country is experiencing a serious challenges in governance where there is ill-treatment on human rights as members of the community are being brutally killed, abuse of young children and women.
She said these are the symptoms that there is a delay in law and Justice, saying for a long-time member of the public from village level were able to solve their conflicts on their own but now things have totally changed.
