Maseru, June 26 — The newly accredited Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to the Kingdom of Lesotho Mr. Gjermund Sæther has presented his Letters of Credence to His Majesty King Letsie III at the Royal Palace in Maseru on Thursday.
The ceremony marks yet another milestone in the warm and long-standing relations between Lesotho and Norway which comes from a friendship rooted in shared values of peace, constitutional monarchy, environmental stewardship and a commitment to multilateral cooperation.
Ambassador Sæther brings a wealth of diplomatic experience from assignments across continents and his accreditation to Lesotho presents a renewed opportunity to deepen collaboration, especially in areas of renewable energy, education, trade and multilateral engagement.
