Mokhotlong Aug.03 — The Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA) Chief Executive Mr. Tente Tente says it is the responsibility of the Authority to respond to the issues that community raise for clarity and successful implementation of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP) II.
Mr. Tente said this when giving answers to representatives of the Mokhotlong community at a one-day forum that took place in the district on Thursday.
The forum was intended to respond to the questions that were asked by the local community who wanted clarity on issues related to recruitment, yellow plant registration, influx, unclear advertised tenders, loadshedding, development projects earmarked to remain after the completion of the project and others. . .
