Mohale’s Hoek, July.04 — As an initiative to raise funds for establishing a community radio station, Mohale’s Hoek Civic Broadcaster will hold a Gala dinner on August, 26 at one of the guest houses.
This transpired in an interview with the Agency whereby the Vice Secretary of the interim steering committee Motlasi Khasipe indicated that the plan is for the radio station to be up and running in a period of 8 months.
Mr. Khasipe further noted that Mohale’s Hoek is the only district which does not have a community radio station, which causes hindrance in disseminating information across the district, noting that another plan is to have district online television. . .
