Qacha’sNek,Mar.21—Resident Magistrate ‘Mampho Mokoena has slapped Mzwandile Mabala, a 20-year old man of Matebeng, Mzamaqa with a three-year jail term or a M3000 fine for arson.
Half of the sentence was suspended on condition that he does not commit a similar offence in three years. However, he failed to pay the fine.
Mabala was freed on a M500 bail earlier this month which he failed to pay after a brief appearance at Qacha’sNek magistrate court.
