MAHOLI PRIMARY SCHOOL UNDER STAFFED

Mafeteng, Feb. 15 — Even though the primary school education calendar has started shortage of teachers at Maholi Primary School remain a major challenge. 

In an interview with one of the Teachers at the school Mr. ‘Moso Makie said the school has only four teachers teaching from grade one to seven, saying each teacher had to teach more than one class in the same roofing.

He highlighted that even though the school has been operating with less teachers they are working tirelessly to ensure provision of quality education for better future of the pupils, indicating that they had to separate classes in one room which is not a conducive learning environment for learners.    

Teacher Makie said it has been years operating the same way saying the Principal working together with teachers have been requesting for recruitment of teachers for a long time but till today there is no change.
