Maseru, Aug. 07 – Farmers who engaged in individual block farming for last summer cropping got nothing from the government, they used their own resources.
This was said by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security and Nutrition Chief Information Officer Mr. Lereko Masupha in an interview with the Agency, following allegations that such individual farmers’ get 80 percent of yield while owners of fields get 20 percent yet they get something from the government.
