Quthing, June 04 — While other public Officer are confined in offices crying of snowing and cold weather conditions, Quthing Area Nutrition Technical Officers are currently undergoing a three training on cosmetics and detergents production at the the District Agricultural Office hall until Wednesday this week.
The training is in intended to to equip parents with detergents and cosmetics production skills to share with Nutrition clubs established at village level for produce of the products to be used in their households to maintain cleanliness, and sale for income generation. In an interview with the Agency, the District Home Economics Officer (DHEO) Mrs. ‘Mabohlokoa Molefi said income generated from sale of the products will assist Nutrition Club members who are also farmers to buy food they have produced when they are out of season or those that they do not have for maintenance of proper nutrition in their families. . .NUTRITION OFFICERS UNDERGO TRAINING DESPITE COLD WEATHER
