Maseru, Jan. 03 – The government, through the Ministry of Gender, Youth and Social Development will this year continue to provide bursaries to Orphaned and Vulnerable Children (OVC) at secondary and high school level.
This was disclosed by the Minister of Gender, Youth and Social Development Mr. Pitso Lesaoana in his statement.
