Maseru, May. 20 – The Prime Minister (PM), Mr. Ntsokoane Matekane joined the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Heads of State virtual Extra Ordinary Summit on El Nino on Monday.
In his opening speech, SADC outgoing Chairperson, Mr. Joao Lourenco commended member states for convening, indicating in solidarity a set of frame work that can mitigate the effects of El Nino drought will be formulated.
