PM OFFICIATES JUSTICE FORUM

Maseru, Sept 07 — The Prime Minister (PM) Mr. Samuel Matekane officiated  a one-day justice sector coordination forum held in Maseru on  Thursday.

Organised by the Ministry of Justice, Law and Parliamentary Affairs (MoJLPA), the forum aims to among others restore public sector trust in the justice system as well as to consolidate inputs from stakeholders on annual review among others.

In his remarks, the PM said a forum of this nature is important, adding that more stakeholders deliberate on issues of transparency and fair issuance of justice pave a way towards yielding positive results in the future.

 The PM said he is confident that all stakeholders present today are committed towards re-inventing the wheel of the rule of law without one’s economic or political status.
