Mokhotlong, Feb.07 — The Polihali Bargaining Forum, a platform intended to create dialogue on industrial issues between Employers and workers was launched in Mokhotlong on Thursday.
In her presentation, the Labour and Industrial Relations Specialist Adv. Lindiwe Sephomolo from the Project Management Unit (PMU) under the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA) said the forum has been established as part of implementing the Labour Act 2024.
Labour Act 2024 is a law that consolidated all employment and labour laws in the country. It came into effect on April 02, 2024 replacing the Labour Code Order of 1992. . .
