Qacha’s Nek, Nov.05 — Today, at the Qacha’s Nek Magistrate Court, Senior Magistrate Ts’eliso Bale sentenced Motsamai Khoanyane, a resident of Ha Mosuoe, to three years in prison without the option of a fine for assault.
The 35-year-old was convicted after attacking his neighbour, Lekhotso Kokome, with a traditional stick-on October 24, 2024.
During the proceedings, Khoanyane pleaded guilty to the assault, which was prosecuted by Crown Counsel ’Mabohlokoa Nkuebe. . .
