Quthing, Sept. 19 – – Quthing District will be represented at Southern Region swimming talent search to be held at a local hotel in Mohale’s hoek on Saturday this week.
The Swimming talent search is intended to identify swimmers to represent Southern districts swimmers at a national similar event to be held in Maseru for identification National Swimmers team members as to give those from Southern region an opportunity to take part in the national swimmers team.
In an interview with the Agency, the District Sports Organiser Mr. Keketso Machachamise said though Lesotho is known with numerous dams in rivers, streams and valleys flowing throughout the country, swimming sport is not taken seriously in villages. . .
