Quthing, March 18 – – Ts’epo Janki aged eighteen (18) from Ha-Peete, who is charged with alleged rape of eleven (11) year old girl from Ts’ethe, has been remanded in custody by the Quthing Magistrate court.
The suspect is charged for contravening Section 8 (1) of Sexual Offences Act 2003.
According to the charge, the victim aged 11 with her three friends on their way from Moshoeshoe’s day celebration at Sebubeng Primary School on March 11th in Ha-Peete, area when they met the suspect, who chased them and they ran separate ways,
