Qacha’sNek,Aug.08—Today, more than 40 high school board members participated in a one-day training session held at the Education Hall, focused on clarifying their roles and responsibilities.
District Education Manager (DEM) Mr. Lebenya Mothibeli explained that the training aimed to ensure board members understand their roles, as well as those of teachers, principals, and inspectors.
“They need to know their authority within the school and respect the roles of others,” Mr. Mothibeli said.
