Maseru, Dec 18 — The Independent Electoral commission (IEC) in partnership with UNDP has engaged Shalestone Consultancy to develop a five year strategic plan.
In a two day stakeholders engagement workshop held at Mohale Lodge which started on Monday, Shalestone Consultant Mr. Matlamukele Matete said IEC has a vision to see the Commission conduct credible election in order to create stability and peace in the country.
He said in order to achieve that goal IEC felt that media should be consulted in order to create a communication strategy in the development of the strategic plan. . .
