Maseru, Apr.12—Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Relations, Mr. Lejone Mpotjoane on Thursday presented an Exequatur to the Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Kingdom of Lesotho, Ms. ‘Mantopi Martin-a de Porres Lebofa, co-founder and Director of Technologies for Economic Development (TED) at Qhobosheaneng Government Complex.
