THIPE COMMUNITY ARE LEFT HOMELESS FOLOWING STRONG WINDS -RAMOHLANNKA 

Mafeteng, Sept.25 — At least more than 40 households of Matelile Ha Thipe, Ha Pokane and Ha Tebelo are left homeless as a result of last night strong winds which blew roofing while other have been totally destroyed.

In an interview with the District Disaster Management Officer Mr. Morakabi Ramohlannka indicated that among the mentioned households half of the visited need immediate assistance of food and shelter since they are housed temporary by their neighbours.

He said even though few households are affected they have alternative shelter as some of the rooms are not affected, indicating that among the seriously affected victims are the ones who were the victims of 2015 to 2017 winds.
