Mitchel Tau’s personal trainer Mr Tortosa Hugo says they aim for an Olympic Medal with one of Lesotho’s premier Taekwondo athletes in the women’s category.
Michelle Tau, is set to compete in her inaugural Olympic bout at the Grand Palais on Wednesday, August 7th, 2024, since commencing her
journey in Taekwondo.
Tau is currently stationed in Paris, France, where she is rigorously training daily under the guidance of Spanish coach Mr. Hugo.
