Maseru, Nov.19— A 29-year-old Rapelang Chaka of Mokema has on Tuesday related to the High Court how he participated in the murder of Mothibe Mothibe and Thomello Ntsane which occurred at Mokema on May 20 2023.
Chaka took a stand as the ninth witness in a case in which Mothusi Tlelase, Sootho Liphoto, Kamo Phakoe and Moabi Sesioana stand accused of the murder of Mothibe and Ntsane as well as renowned radio personality Ralikonelo Joki who was known as ‘Leqhashasha’, and was killed on May 14 2023.
He testified that following various activities on the fateful day, he went to a shop at Mokema to buy alcohol, leaving Sekhobe Maama along the way.
