Qacha’s Nek, June 29 — Qacha’s Nek Magistrate Court Resident Magistrate, Mrs. ‘Mampho Mokoena has sentenced a 42-year-old-woman to 10 years imprisonment without an option of a fine for not reporting an unlawful sexual act against her 15-year-old daughter by her husband.
The woman pleaded guilty of the count saying she did not report on time waiting for her husband’s mother.
Mrs. Mokoena said the accused was found guilty as charged, therefore, she has a right to appeal within 14 days…..
