MOLEKO OFFICIATES RURAL ELECTRIFICATION FOR KHOKHOBA

Berea, Apr 07—In pursuit of affordable and clean energy for all, Minister of Energy Mr. Mohlomi Moleko has on Monday  launched the rural electrification project at Khokhoba in Mosalemane constituency, where at least 11 villages are set to benefit from the project.

Khokhoba rural electrification project is funded to the tune of M27 million and is scheduled to take a duration of 18 months from April this year to October 02, 2026 and it is undertaken by a Chinese company named Jiang Su.

In his remarks, Minister Moleko said the government is working tirelessly to erect transmission lines to businesses, to the households, adding that through this initiative the government is committed to improve people’s way of living…
