Leribe, May 29 — With the purpose of assisting and developing Vuka Mosotho Primary school, World Vision Lesotho on Tuesday gave out 100 chairs and desks.
This came after World Vision Lesotho through ECO Project Phase III identified the school because of its bad state, whereby there are no toilets and classrooms.
The event attracted the attention of the Chief Executive Officer of Disaster Management Authority (DMA), Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education and Training, Ministry of Agriculture, Lesana Financial Services, Mahlakapese, Aloes Lodge, Catholic Relief Services and United Nations Programme.
Addressing the crowd, National Director World Vision Mr. James Chifwelu expressed his gratitude to the government of Lesotho through the Ministry of Education for allowing World Vision Lesotho to step in towards development of education.
