Maseru, June.30 — In its recent seating, the Cabinet has resorted to transfer the Youth Apprenticeship Program (YAP) which was previously piloted by the Ministry of Finance to the Prime Minister’s office.
In his official speech, the Minister of Education and Training Professor Ntoi Rapapa indicated that this program is aimed at equipping academically qualified and non- academic youth with temporary jobs across the country….
