Maseru, Jul.25—Political Science Professor Motlamelle Kapa says absence of Russian President Vladimir Putin at the BRICS summit to be held in South Africa is not going to be a problem.
This he said in an interview on Tuesday where he said that the absence of President Putin will not have any impact on the summit especially since the Foreign Minister will represent him. He added that even if he attended virtual it would not be a problem.
