Maseru, Feb.10—Advocates Rethabile Setlojoane and Motene Rafoneke who are prosecutors in the ongoing treason trial before the High Court say they no longer have a brief in this matter therefore they will not be able to proceed with it.
This was after they told the court that they have filed an application for withdrawal adding that they seek a postponement to Thursday as there are new developments on the issue. The court insisted that the case should proceed as in the notice of motion, it is stated that the application will be moved on February 27 2025 adding that there is also an intention to oppose the application.
