Maseru, Feb. 21 — The 2024/25 fiscal budget is aligned to the National Strategic Development Plan (NSDP ll) review extension, Dr. Ratjomose Petrose Machema, local Economist has unveiled.
He said this at a post budget dinner organised by Nedbank Lesotho as well as Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL) in Maseru on Wednesday night.
In his analysis, he stipulated that government has in the past been criticized for presenting the budget which runs parallel with the national strategy, thus making it impossible to attain set goals and targets.
