TEENAGE PREGNANCY CONTINUES TO PLAGUE LEBAKENG 

Qacha’sNek, Aug.18—Teenage pregnancy remains a significant issue in the Lebakeng catchment area despite support efforts, according to Karabo Lelimo, a Registered Nurse at the Lebakeng Health Centre.

The clinic, serving about 28 villages, including parts of Qabane, Mohale’s Hoek, reports a prevalence of teenage pregnancy ranging from 39 percent to 61 percent between July 2022 and June 2024.
