Maseru, Aug. 18 — Forced displacement of persons is a development challenge that requires concerted efforts from all the responsible stakeholders as displaced people appear to be amongst the vulnerable groups within the society.
This was said by the Refugee and Migrants Liaison Officer at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ms. Nthatisi Thabane while presenting a report on the Joint study on the displaced persons in Lesotho in Maseru on Friday.
In these presentations, Ms. Thabane indicated that the objective of the study was to collect and analyse information on the situation of internally displaced persons and the potential risks based on the magnitude of the issues.
