Maseru, Aug.18 — Following being called for disciplinary hearing, Revolution For Prosperity (RFP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Matlakeng Constituency has requested further particulars on the charges to be discharged.
In her response which she has shared with the Agency, Dr. Mahali Phamotse requested that further particulars be discharged by 12 noon on Friday August 18, 2023 in order to enable her to prepare sufficiently for her defence saying the charges against her do not provide sufficient detail to permit her to respond in a manner that would not be prejudicial to her.
She said that in advance of further particulars, she feels that the disciplinary hearing has been improperly convened for various reasons saying that Section 14(a) of the RFP states that any dispute within the party shall be referred by any member to the integrity and dispute resolution committee at village, sub-branch or constituency level as the case may be. . .
