The Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) Contingent Commander (Cdr) in Mozambique under the umbrella of SADC Mission In Mozambique (SAMIM), Commando Lieutenant Colonel (Cdo Lt Col) Malefetsane Makhoahle accompanied by his officers paid a visit to the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camp in Ntoli in the district of Cabo Delgado in Mozambique.
According to the LDF report, the purpose of the visit was to reassure the IDPs that the LDF is deployed there to protect.
Cdo Lt Col Makhoatle urged the IDPs to provide them with information regarding security matters in time so that his troops will act in time to protect their IDPs camp……
