HANTSI’S FATE HANGS ON HEADS OF ARGUMENTS

Maseru, Sept. 07 — Under fire former Independent Electoral Commission (IEC)’s Public Relations Manager, Mr. Tuoe Hantsi’s fate hangs on heads of arguments submitted before the Labour Court by his lawyer Advocate Ts’olo Kalake and IEC’s legal team.

Advocate Kalake who represents Mr. Hantsi in a dispute with Director of Elections Advocate Mpaiphele Maqutu for having fired him from IEC for misconduct and insubordination.

Adv. Kalake told the Agency on Thursday outside the Labour Court premises where the case was supposed to be heard, that it was agreed by both sides that the judge presiding over the matter only use the heads of arguments and not the physical hearing.
