Mokhotlong Sept.17 — Women have been encouraged to use events such as gala dinners for networking and inspire others to join construction, a sector dominated mostly by men.
This was said by the Minister of Information, Communications, Science, Technology and Innovation Ms Nthati Moorosi when addressing women from different companies at a gala dinner intended to celebrate women in construction held at the Polihali village in Mokhotlong on Saturday evening.
Organised for the first time, the glamarous event was hosted by SUNJV, a company engaged in the construction of the Polihali dam as part of the main works in the implementation of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project ( LHWP) II in the district.
