In an interview with the Agency, a student from Mopeli Primary School expressed her joy at being part of this auspicious event, a memory she intends to cherish forever. She highlighted listening to the King’s message and the history of the Basotho nation, which made her day truly special.
She noted that her parents lack extensive knowledge about Basotho history, unlike the narrators today.
She expressed hope that the light brought by the torch could bring peace to the villages and alleviate poverty, enabling people to live better lives. . .
