Maseru, Apr. 07 — The main ruling political party led by Prime Minister Mr. Samuel Matekane, Revolution for Prosperity (RFP) celebrated its second anniversary in an event held at Sethaleng Sa Mopapa in Maseru.
Speaking at the event, the party leader, Mr. Matekane stated that following the general elections in October 2022, they were entrusted to lead the government at an early stage as the party had just been launched. He stated that they accepted the responsibility although it was difficult.
He pointed out that there have been successes and challenges. He pointed out that they have learned a lot in the past two years, adding that they are willing to continue learning.
He remarked that Basotho have placed their hope on RFP that they will solve their problems and ensure that their lives are developed and enjoyable. He appealed to the party members not to tire to do right as they will eventually reap what is good.
