Maseru, Oct. 19– Basotho living in South Africa (SA) under ”Handsoff Basotho” movement have petitioned the Minister of Local Government, Chieftainship, Home Affairs and Police Mr. Lebona Lephema via Lesotho’s High Commissioner in SA crying foul of implementation of dual citizenship together with proper documentation of Basotho living in that country.
