BNP PASSES CONDOLENCES TO SWAPO

Maseru, Feb. 10–The Basotho National Party (BNP) has extended its condolences to the National Executive Committee of the Namibian South West Africa People’s Organisation (SWAPO) Party and the people of Namibia, on the passing of His Excellency Sam Nujoma.

In his letter, the party Leader Mr. Machesetsa Mofomobe said Nujoma is the founding father of Namibia’s independence and a steadfast leader in the struggle for liberation, noting that his resilience and commitment to the freedom and prosperity of the Namibian people will forever be entrenched in the history books.

He said as a key figure in the liberation movement, Sam Nujoma’s contributions to the fight for justice, equality, and self-determination resonate across southern Africa and the world…
