BREAST MILK IS MORE HEALTHIER

MOKATI Mohale’s Hoek, Aug.22 — Nutritionist from Nts’ekhe Government Hospital Ms. Lijeng Mokati has on Thursday pleaded with breast feeding women to adhere to breast feeding, as breast milk is healthier than formulas.

Ms. Mokati stated this at the World’s Breast feeding week celebration held at Thotaneng Ha- Sechele, where more than 80 women attended with toddlers aged from 0 to 5 years.

On the other hand, Ms. Likhapha Ntho in her capacity as a Midwife, stated that breast milk is beneficial from birth, and pleaded with families to support nursing mothers by ensuring that they always eat 3 types of food, and encouraged families to grow vegetables. . .
