CELEBRATION OF WORLD CHILDREN’S DAY

Maseru, Nov. 20 — Children are the future of the world, they are the tiny buds who will grow up to be the future decision makers in the communities.

In an interview with the Agency, Ms. Mathealira Masupha, Children’s Advocate, mentioned that this is celebrated every year on November 20.

She indicated that the theme for this year is ‘For every child, every right’.

“This emphasizes the importance that every child has access to fundamental rights including education, healthcare, protection and a safe environment,” she said.
