CHILDREN HAVE RIGHTS – TSAKATSI 

Mohale’s Hoek, Sept. 14 — There is need to engage children in effective communication about issues affecting them as they have rights.

These opinions were shared by Mr. Koatsi Tsakatsi, Bursary Administrator in the Ministry of Gender, Youth and Social Development – Quthing on Friday.

Addressing parents and guardians of Mohale’s Hoek learners during a meeting aimed at sharing the Ministry’s expectations in regards to usage of M1500 uniform top up Basic Education Strengthening Project (BESP) targeted for grade Eight and nine needy learners Mr. Tsakatsi stressed on the importance of adhering to the primary reason of the project. . .
