Maseru, Sept.14 — The Minister of Information, Communications, Science, Technology and Innovation Ms. Nthati Moorosi says digital inclusion is at the forefront of Africa’s development agenda.
This she said when speaking on behalf of the African Union at the G20 Digital Economy Ministerial Meeting held in Maceio,Brazil.
Ms. Moorosi said the above is due to the fact that almost two-thirds of Africa’s population remains digitally excluded, highlighting the importance of Digital Transformation Strategy and the Program for Infrastructure Development in Africa (PIDA) in bridging the digital divides across the continent. . .
