Mohale’s Hoek, July.19 — Road Transport Board has on Wednesday announced the names of more than hundred taxi Operators who have submitted route permit applications.
This announcement happened at a meeting held by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, where some operators who showed their disapproval about the manner in which the Board is handling the issuance of permits, began storming out of the meeting.
Some of them noted that they filed applications in 2020 but have since then been illegally operating without them which causes constant conflict between them and traffic officers. . .
