Quthing, July 12 — The Collection of forms for candidates to contest for 2023 Local Government elections in Quthing district will kick-off at Returning Assistant Officers offices located in six councils of Quthing from Tuesday next week.
In an interview The District Electoral Officer Mr. Chabane Letsitsi said the collection of forms from Returning Assistant Officers offices at electoral divisions is open to all Basotho interested to contest for Local Government Elections at their respective Electoral Division in community councils of the district. . .
