Maseru, Sept 22 — The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC)’s embattled Public Relations Manager (PRM) Mr. Tuoe Hantsi stumbling block for him to return to work is a court order or a written judgement.
Mr. Hantsi told the news Agency on Thursday when asked if he has gone back to work after his dismissal was nullified by the Labour Court in its judgement issued on Thursday last week.
Mr. Hantsi said he went to his work on Monday this week but that he was told to produce a court order or a written judgement which he did not have at that time.
