COURT RESERVES JUDGEMENT 

Maseru, Jun. 03 — The High Court has on Monday reserved its judgment in a case in which Principal Secretary National Security Service Ms. Moliehi Moejane is suing the Prime Minister, Specified Officers Defined Contribution Pension Fund, Public Service Commission and the Attorney General. 

The applicant has approached the court challenging provisions of a deed of settlement between her and the Government of Lesotho. She argues that they are inconsistent with the interpretation that must be accorded to Defined Contribution Fund Act No.19 of 2011. She and some other Principal Secretaries who had challenged premature termination of their employment contracts have signed a deed of settlement which was made an order of the court…..
