COURT RESERVES RULING

Maseru, Mar.27—The High Court through Justice Polo Banyane has reserved to August 11 2025, a ruling on an application for discharge in a case against some army members who are accused of killing three men at Mafeteng in 2012.

This was after the court heard arguments from both the defence and the prosecution after the defence applied for discharge of the accused.

The defence argued that the accused are not responsible for the killing of the deceased in this matter. They added that there is no evidence linking them to the offence they are charged with. They insisted that the prosecution has failed to prove its case beyond reasonable doubt…
